1:1 Online Therapy for teens & adults

Therapy provides a space for you to gently and curiously explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Through this process, you can dig deep to get to the root of your concerns.

Therapeutic work involves developing an understanding of yourself, including your triggers, your identity, and how you show up in the world. This then creates space for you to implement healthy coping mechanisms, heal emotional wounds from difficult experiences, and step into who you really are.

Our relationships with food and our bodies is very much connected to the relationship we have with ourselves as well as relationships with others. What I’m trying to say is, eating problems aren’t all about the food. And negative body image isn’t all about your body.

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning that I use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as intuitive eating, CBT-E, IFS, and MANTRA depending on your individual needs, desires, and goals.

The most important aspect however, is to develop a supportive, trusting relationship between the Therapist and the client. My person-centred style prioritises this above all else.

“Therapy is about getting compassionately curious around why your concerns have developed, so that you can explore how to move forward”

Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your own home, offering flexibility and choice.

Sessions take place via Zoom, which is a confidential and secure platform.

Please note, I’m based in the UK so my timezone is GMT (last updated November 2023). I’m able to work with clients all over the world, however if you reside in the US or Canda, it is not possible for me to offer therapy sessions due to licensing and insurance reasons.
